Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Provide menu guidance and recommend items when required
Ensure a friendly, polite, and hygienic service experience
Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Prepare beverages and food items as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
Operate POS system and handle cash/card/UPI transactions
Ensure billing accuracy and proper cash handling
Assist in daily sales closing and handover
Maintain cleanliness of counter, kitchen, equipment, and dining area
Follow personal hygiene and grooming standards
Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
Assist in checking and restocking inventory
Inform supervisor about low stock or wastage
Help in receiving and arranging supplies
Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours
Be flexible with shifts and assigned tasks
Follow instructions from supervisors and management
Prior café or QSR experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language)
Customer-friendly attitude and team spirit
Ability to stand for long hours and work in fast-paced environment
Shift-based work including weekends and holidays
Standing for extended periods
Handling hot equipment and food items
