Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely

• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, cold drinks) as per standard recipes

• Assist in basic food preparation, plating, and serving

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Billing & Cash Handling

• Operate POS system and generate accurate bills

• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly

• Follow correct billing procedures and report discrepancies immediately

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, kitchen, and equipment

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Assist in opening and closing cleaning duties

Inventory & Store Support

• Assist in stock checking and replenishment

• Report low stock, damages, or wastage to the supervisor

• Handle café equipment with care

Team & Compliance

• Work cooperatively with team members

• Follow café policies, SOPs, and management instructions

• Adhere to shift timings, grooming standards, and workplace discipline

Skills & Requirements

• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi/local language)

• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts

• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness

• Prior café/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
