Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Explain menu items and ongoing offers when required
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally
Ensure quick service and a positive customer experience
Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare tea, coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards are followed
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Billing & Cash Handling
Operate POS and billing systems accurately
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly
Ensure correct order billing and issue receipts
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and café premises
Follow FSSAI and company hygiene standards (uniform, hair cap, gloves, etc.)
Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
Stock & Inventory Support
Assist in checking stock levels and refilling display items
Inform the manager about low stock or wastage
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and perishable items
Team Support
Support fellow team members during peak hours
Follow instructions from the Store Manager / Supervisor
Adhere to company policies, attendance, and discipline norms
Basic communication skills (English/Hindi)
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Customer-friendly attitude and team spirit
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling (training will be provided)
Prior café or QSR experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Standing for long hours
