Cafe Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.

• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and menu items as per company standards.

• Ensure all products are prepared and presented as per brand quality guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, counters, kitchen, and dining spaces.

• Restock supplies, display counters, and ensure the café is ready for operation.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety guidelines.

• Support café opening and closing duties as assigned by the shift leader.

• Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues to the shift manager when necessary.

• Uphold brand values and promote a positive atmosphere in the café.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10th / 12th pass or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality preferred).

• Prior experience in QSR, café, or restaurant operations preferred (not mandatory).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts as per café operational hours.

• Weekly offs as per roster.
