Follow store opening and closing protocols.Maintaine Descipline and punactualityFollow Grooming standards as per company guidelines.Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Prepare food items as per company SOPs by maintaining MRD.Ensure all equipment is used according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.Taking orders from the customers and providing them with the accurate information about the menu items.Taking effective online orders and handling correct packages to delivery partners.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Handling cash, online and other payments.Cleaning the stores including customer area,kitchen area and storage area.Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all timesLearning about the key parameters that help maintain store performance and improve audit scores.Timely completion of training courses in Waffle AcademyExperience0 to 6 monthsQualifications:Minimum 10th passSkills RequiredGood Communication SkillGood Interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of computers.
