Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Service & POS: Greet customers, take orders accurately, handle payments, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Food Preparation: Prepare, assemble, and serve food/beverages according to brand standards and recipes.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain clean workstations, dining areas, and restrooms; follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Operations & Teamwork: Assist in opening/closing tasks, manage inventory, and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
Product Knowledge: Promote menu items, including upselling, and answer customer questions regarding ingredients.
