Key Responsibilities & Duties
Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Food & Beverage Preparation: making pan cakes & waffles , and preparing food items like sandwiches or pastries.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Washing dishes, clearing tables, cleaning equipment (grinders, machines), and maintaining a clean seating area.
POS/Cash Handling: Processing cash and card transactions, and providing receipts.
Stock Control: Monitoring inventory, restocking supplies, and receiving deliveries.
