Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth functioning, team management, and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently.
Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance as per standards.
Monitor opening and closing procedures.
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate café staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Ensure grooming and discipline standards are maintained.
Conduct regular team briefings.
Customer Service:
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
Ensure excellent guest experience and service quality.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
Control wastage and ensure proper inventory management.
Oversee daily cash handling and billing procedures.
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve sales targets and improve café revenue.
Plan promotions, upselling, and customer engagement activities.
Monitor daily sales reports and performance.
Compliance:
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Follow company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in café, QSR, or restaurant operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and daily reporting.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
