Responsibility

1. Team rostering and shift planning.

2. Team Management & Team Training.

3. Basic P&L Management(Food cost, Manpower Cost)

4. Managing day-to-day store operations. Handling of equipment and upkeep of assets.

5. Cleaning and Hygiene of the store.

6. Cleaning and upkeep of the store and maintaining store hygiene.

7. Making of Food products and following all the SOP's
