We are looking for canteen supervisor to join our team .
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure timely availability of food items.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for raw materials.
2. Staff Supervision
Manage kitchen and service staff (e.g., cooks, helpers, cleaners).
Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities.
Train staff in food safety and customer service practices.
3. Food Quality & Hygiene
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular checks of food storage and preparation areas.
4. Customer Service
Handle feedback and complaints effectively.
Ensure efficient and friendly service to all customers.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate logs of staff attendance, inventory, and health checks.
Coordinate with authorities for food safety audits and licenses.
