Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations
Manage and motivate staff (hiring, training, scheduling)
Deliver excellent customer service
Handle inventory, ordering, and stock control
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards
Manage cash handling and basic reporting
Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Café Manager or Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
Flexible availability (including weekends)
