Job Overview:-

1. Operations Management

• Supervise daily café operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, inventory).

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

• Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition.

• Manage supply orders, inventory, and stock rotation.

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff (baristas, servers, kitchen staff).

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

• Create shift schedules and manage absences or conflicts.

• Promote teamwork and maintain staff morale.

3. Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve complaints professionally.

• Monitor service standards and train staff in hospitality.

• Handle special requests or events with personalized service.

4. Financial Management

• Monitor budgets, sales, and profitability.

• Control costs (labor, inventory, utilities).

• Process payroll and manage petty cash.

• Create financial reports and identify areas to improve profit margins.

5. Marketing and Promotion

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, discounts, or loyalty programs.

• Manage social media or local advertising (if applicable).

• Coordinate with event planners or local businesses for promotions.

6. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor laws.

• Maintain records for audits and inspections.

• Implement security protocols and emergency procedures.

7. Strategic Planning

• Set sales goals and monitor performance.

• Introduce new menu items based on customer preferences.

• Analyze competition and industry trends for innovation and improvement.
