We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Captain to oversee floor operations and ensure excellent guest service in our cafe Blended Bliss. The Captain will be responsible for supervising service staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Supervise and coordinate floor staff during operations.
Take and manage customer orders accurately.
Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen, barista, and cashier teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of the dining area.
Train and guide stewards and service staff when required.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service quality.
Support upselling of menu items and promotions to improve sales.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
