Job Title: Café Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our café and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable outlet performance. The Café Manager will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining service standards, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing activities.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate café staff to achieve operational and service targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and daily revenue reports.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management with the kitchen and store teams.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for each shift.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and smooth service.
- Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of café equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and communicate company policies and updates.
- Maintain required operational records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with the HR, Operations, and management teams regarding staffing and outlet requirements.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to improve sales and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and workplace policies.
Requirements:
Candidates should have relevant experience in café, restaurant, or food & beverage operations, strong communication and leadership skills, customer-handling ability, and good knowledge of daily outlet management.
