Job Description – Café Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain smooth café operations while achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations including opening, closing, and shift management.

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints effectively.

• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.

• Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and achieve sales targets.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems.

• Qualification in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred, not mandatory).
