Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily café/store operations smoothly.
Supervise and guide the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Manage staff attendance, shift planning, and performance.
Ensure the café is clean, organized, and operationally ready.
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant QSR experience is preferred.
Experience with brands such as Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway, KFC, Café Coffee Day, or similar QSR/café brands will be preferred.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
