Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Unit Manager / Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our Sweets & Namkeen Shop in Anand Vihar. The candidate will be responsible for store operations, sales, customer handling, staff supervision, inventory and stock management, billing and cash handling. A Supervisor will be provided under the Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day store/unit operations
Supervise and guide the Supervisor and store staff
Handle customer service, sales and counter operations
Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales
Manage stock, inventory, inward/outward and stock reconciliation
Ensure proper display of sweets, namkeen and food products
Monitor product quality, freshness, hygiene and cleanliness
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with kitchen/production and other staff for smooth operations
Maintain daily sales, stock and operational reports
Support sales targets, upselling and cross-selling
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
Maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the outlet
