Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock handling, and store
operations at Gopalan Box Bites Café. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels,
ensuring proper storage, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1 Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, and materials
2 Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods properly
3 Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene and safety standards
4 Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment
5 Issue materials and supplies as per requirement
6 Maintain stock registers and update daily inventory records
7 Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
8 Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for stock requirements
9 Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area
Key Skills & Competencies
1 Basic knowledge of inventory and store management
2 Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
3 Understanding of food storage and hygiene standards
4 Good coordination and communication skills
5 Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems)
Qualifications
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
Relevant experience in store or inventory management
