Job Description

We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Euphoriya Hospitality Private Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹19,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily shift operations smoothly and ensuring proper workflow.
Supervising staff performance and aasigning duites during the shift.
Handling customer queries, complaints, and maintaining service quality.
Monitoring cash handling,biling,and daily sales reports.
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper store presentation.
Coordinate with cafe staff for smooth service.
Training and guiding team members on company standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude, Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
