Hospitality Cafe Manager

About the Role

TORRA CAFE, Ravet is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cafe operations smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise, guide, and coordinate cafe staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Manage opening and closing procedures.

Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales records.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.

Minimize wastage and maintain proper stock control.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.

Help achieve sales targets and improve overall cafe performance.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsible, punctual, well-organized, and professional.

Candidates with relevant hospitality/F&B experience will be preferred.
