We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our team at Cafe to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage daily café operations
✅ Supervise café staff, including visually impaired chefs & team members
✅ Ensure smooth operations, quality service & customer satisfaction
✅ Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
✅ Monitor sales, expenses, budgets & cost control
✅ Manage inventory, purchasing & vendor coordination
✅ Maintain food quality, hygiene & safety standards
✅ Train and motivate team members
✅ Ensure an accessible, supportive & inclusive workplace
✅ Maintain compliance with food safety and applicable regulations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
