🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage overall cafe operations on a daily basis
Supervise and coordinate staff (baristas, kitchen staff, servers)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when required
Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting
Ensure quality of food and beverages served
Train new staff and manage team schedules
