Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages (chai, coffee) and snacks

• Follow our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for consistent quality

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe

• Regularly clean and mop the cafe area

• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile

Who We're Looking For:

• Semi-skilled or fresher, but ready to learn

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable

• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs

• Basic understanding of hygiene practices

• Prior tea stall / chai cafe / hostel kitchen experience is mandatory
