Cafe Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at Cuppa Redefined in Mysore. This role combines hands-on customer service and team leadership with responsibility for profitability, quality, and brand experience in our vibrant cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and shift planning

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest receives a great experience

• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and vendor management

• Monitor and improve cafe sales, profitability, and cost control

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Train and mentor new and existing team members

• Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events in collaboration with owners

• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally

• Maintain cafe ambiance and uphold brand standards consistently

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience managing cafes, QSRs, or hospitality brands preferred

• Prior experience as cafe manager/assistant manager/team leader or similar

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Proficiency with inventory/POS systems and cash handling

• Energetic personality and a passion for customer service

• Knowledge of Mysore food and beverage market is a plus

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, or evenings as required

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (approx. ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month)
