Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at The Beer Cafe. The ideal candidates should have knowledge of beverage preparation, customer service, bar operations, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company standards.
Handle customer orders and provide excellent guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar counter and surrounding areas.
Monitor bar inventory and replenish stock when required.
Follow responsible alcohol-serving practices and applicable legal requirements.
Coordinate with service staff and the restaurant operations team.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Associate preferred.
Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Must meet the applicable legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Punjab.
