Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Crafting espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee/tea, and preparing specialty drinks according to recipes.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, explaining menu items, and handling transactions with accuracy.
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment (espresso machines, grinders), workstations, and seating areas

Stock Management: Restocking supplies, inventory management, and preparing food items like pastries or sandwiches.
Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining machinery, including reporting technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and ability to operate industrial espresso machines.
Customer Service: Strong communication, positive attitude, and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, bend, or reach (often up to 30 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Precision in taking orders and crafting beverages.
Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in food service is often preferred but not always required.
