Job Description

Operators will perform a set of standardized warehouse / logistics manipulation tasks (e.g. package palletizing, barcode scan-and-sort, equipment cleaning, shelf restocking, label application) while wearing a VR teleoperation headset. Each session generates egocentric capture footage used to train robot manipulation models. Tasks are pre-scripted per an approved Capture SOP, with guided recording sequences and defined success criteria for each task.

Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods; able to perform light physical tasks (lifting, reaching, fine motor manipulation); detail-oriented and able to follow scripted instructions precisely; basic comfort handling handheld scanners or similar devices; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
