Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our cricket-focused sports company. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cricket, excellent storytelling abilities, and be proficient in capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for digital and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

Plan, shoot, and manage video content during live matches, training sessions, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Operate various video equipment (cameras, gimbals, drones, etc.) to capture high-quality footage.

Ensure consistent visual style and quality across all shoots.

Travel to various cricket events, stadiums, and academies as required.

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into polished videos including highlights, teasers, player profiles, promotional videos, reels, etc.

Add graphics, subtitles, music, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Maintain a strong archive system for footage and projects.

Ensure quick turnaround of match highlights and key moments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer and editor (sports/cricket background is a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of motion graphics and color grading.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (especially during tournaments).

Strong portfolio or show reel demonstrating previous work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
