Job Description

Pledge Foundation (Pratijnya Foundation), a Mumbai-based NGO, is hiring a Video Editor & Videographer to shoot and edit Instagram reels and short films for our on-ground work health camps, school and rural awareness drives, and beneficiary stories across Maharashtra.

You'll find the human story in a moment and tell it in 30–60 second reels that make people care and give. Our graphic team handles design you own the video.

Your work:

Travel to field sites in and around Mumbai and across Maharashtra to shoot photo and video
Edit emotional, high-quality reels and campaign videos for social media and donors
Shoot ethically consent and child protection always, dignity in every frame

Requirements:

1–3 years video shooting and editing experience
Strong storytelling instinct (we hire on storytelling, not just skills)
Own camera or good phone setup
Willing to travel for field assignments

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience and portfolio)
