We are looking for a skilled Video Production Executive who is confident handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras and can shoot visually appealing content for:

• Instagram Reels

• YouTube videos

• Product showcases

• Founder & team videos

This role focuses primarily on shooting and visual quality (editing is secondary).

Freshers with strong practical camera skills are welcome.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR / mirrorless camera

• Shoot product reels & storybook visuals

• Capture both vertical (Reels) and horizontal (YouTube) formats

• Manage framing, lighting, and exposure properly

• Perform basic editing & formatting

• Ensure clean and brand-safe visuals

• Handle camera equipment responsibly

🎥 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of manual camera settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed)

• Good framing and composition sense

• Ability to manage lighting (natural + basic artificial)

• Experience shooting product videos or social media content

• Basic editing knowledge (Premiere / CapCut / similar tools)

• Understanding of Reels-style hook-based shooting

👤 Ideal Candidate

• 0–3 years experience (Freshers welcome if skilled)

• Has real portfolio (mandatory)

• Comfortable shooting independently

• Calm during shoots

• Takes feedback positively

• Passionate about video production
