Videographer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Videographer + Video Editor who can handle the complete video production cycle. From planning and shooting at office/client sites to editing content for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating high-quality videos, wants strong industry exposure, and is ready to grow with a fast-moving digital company.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Shooting

• Shoot high-quality videos at office, client locations, and outdoor sites.

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment confidently.

• Capture product videos, business reels, interviews, BTS videos, promotional shots, and event footage.

• Plan composition, angles, lighting, and shot structure.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into clean, engaging videos for social media, websites, and brand campaigns.

• Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design when needed.

• Maintain brand style, pace, and quality in every edit.

• Re-edit or optimize existing raw videos for multiple platforms.

Creative & Content Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new ideas for reels, shorts, campaigns, and brand content.

• Work with the team to develop scripts, storyboards, concepts, and shot lists.

• Improve visual storytelling and presentation quality.

Management & Task Handling

• Organize footage, maintain file structure, and manage backups.

• Communicate with team members for shoot requirements and deadlines.

• Deliver edited videos on time without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing (Fresher + Portfolio accepted).

• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc).

• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, audio basics.

• Creative thinking, visual sense, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for shoots when needed.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Knowledge of color grading.

• Basic photography skills.

• Understanding of social media trends.

• Experience with corporate/project-based videos.
