Onward Spaces is a design-driven interior studio creating refined, functional, and detail-oriented residential and commercial spaces.
From design concepts and material selections to on-site execution and project handovers, we believe every project has a story worth capturing.
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Videographer & Social Media Manager who can bring our projects, people, and everyday studio life to the screen.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on content creation and social media role for someone who loves shooting, editing, storytelling, and creating content that grabs attention.
You will be responsible for managing our social media handles, capturing content across our projects and office, and consistently producing engaging reels and stories that showcase the Onward Spaces experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Videography & Content Shooting
Shoot high-quality videos and photographs across ongoing residential and commercial interior projects.
Capture on-site progress, design details, transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Create post-handover project videos showcasing completed interiors.
Conduct regular office shoots, including daily activities, team interactions, meetings, and studio culture.
Capture content for reels, stories, project showcases, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute shoots independently, ensuring the right shots and angles are captured.
2. Video Editing & Reel Creation
Edit engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality Instagram reels.
Create a minimum target of 3 useful reels per day, subject to the content calendar and availability of shoot footage.
Develop creative hooks, storytelling formats, transitions, captions, and suitable audio.
Transform raw footage into polished, social-media-ready content.
Create educational, entertaining, interactive, and behind-the-scenes content.
Maintain consistency in the visual identity and content quality of Onward Spaces.
3. Social Media Management
Manage Onward Spaces' Instagram and other assigned social media handles.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Publish reels, posts, and engaging stories regularly.
Create interactive stories using polls, questions, quizzes, and audience engagement formats.
Write engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and prepare appropriate cover images.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Track content performance, reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
4. Creative Strategy & Content Ideas
Develop fresh content ideas relevant to interior design, architecture, lifestyle, and studio culture.
Identify relevant social media trends, formats, and audio opportunities.
Create content that educates, entertains, inspires, and attracts potential clients.
Suggest creative campaigns, collaborations, and interactive content formats.
Work closely with the design and execution teams to identify interesting project stories.
5. Project & Team Coordination
Coordinate with designers and site teams to plan shoots around project milestones.
Schedule site visits for progress shoots and completed project coverage.
Ensure content is captured without disrupting ongoing site work.
Maintain organized footage, edited videos, and project content archives.
Take ownership of the complete content workflow, from shooting to publishing.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in videography, video editing, content creation, or social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and short-form video content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and composition.
Ability to shoot high-quality content using a camera or smartphone.
Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
A portfolio or examples of previous video and social media work are required.
