Position Overview

Housiey is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Real Estate Videographer to create engaging video content for our social media platforms, including YouTube and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a passion for videography, an eye for detail, and the ability to capture attractive property visuals that engage potential homebuyers.

Freshers with a strong interest in video production and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos of sample flats, residential properties, and real estate projects at various site locations.

• Create engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

• Capture property interiors, amenities, layouts, and key project highlights effectively.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative video shoots.

• Ensure proper framing, lighting, composition, and audio quality during shoots.

• Keep up to date with the latest trends, formats, and techniques in real estate videography and social media content creation.

• Manage shooting schedules and ensure timely delivery of video footage.

• Travel to different project sites as required for video shoots.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good communication skills are a must.

• Basic understanding of video production, camera handling, and shooting techniques.

• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

• Creative mindset with a good eye for detail and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Task-oriented, punctual, and responsible approach to work.

• Willingness to travel to property sites and project locations.

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior videography experience will have an added advantage.
