About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality real estate video content and transforming it into engaging, professional edits for marketing and promotional use. You will work closely with our marketing and real estate team to showcase properties in the most appealing way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality video content for real estate listings, walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and promotional campaigns.

• Capture aerial footage using drones (if certified/required).

• Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for web, social media, and digital campaigns.

• Add music, voiceovers, transitions, motion graphics, and branding elements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts and storyboards.

• Ensure timely delivery of videos aligned with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.

• Maintain and manage video equipment, lighting, and sound gear.

• Stay updated on real estate and video content trends to create fresh, engaging visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio setup.

• Experience in drone videography is a plus.

• Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

• Knowledge of social media video formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reels/Shorts).
