The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, has a keen eye for design, and thrives on leading a team to consistently deliver impactful media under tight deadlines. A – Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management ● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of video editors to ensure creative excellence. ● Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards across deliverables. ● Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. 2. Client-Facing Responsibilities ● Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding video deliverables. ● Understand client briefs, translate them into creative concepts, and ensure expectations are met. ● Present drafts and final outputs confidently, incorporating client feedback effectively. ● Build long-term client relationships through clear communication and timely delivery
