We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds, keeps viewers hooked, and drives conversions. The ideal candidate has experience in creating viral ads, UGC-style videos, and short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities
Edit raw product & lifestyle footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos.
Apply viral tactics such as strong hooks, curiosity gaps, trending sounds, and fast pacing.
Create UGC-style content, ad creatives, and storytelling videos that connect emotionally.
Add motion graphics, captions, emojis, memes, and effects to maximize engagement.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms while adapting for each platform’s style.
Research viral trends, competitors, and successful ad campaigns to stay ahead.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize videos for clicks, watch time, and conversions.
Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
Deep understanding of viral content psychology, hooks, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Experience editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with fast turnarounds.
Creative thinker with knowledge of direct-response marketing and ad creatives.
Experience with A/B testing creatives for performance.
Familiarity with e-commerce funnels and conversion-focused editing.
Knowledge of motion graphics & meme culture.
