Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative YouTube Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven YouTube presence with at least 10,000 subscribers, strong storytelling skills, and professional experience in video editing and content production. You will be responsible for creating original and engaging content that aligns with our brand and captivates our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for our YouTube channel.

• Create engaging and original content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.

• Manage the full production process: from pre-production to post-production.

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO and discoverability.

• Monitor video performance using YouTube Analytics and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for cross-platform content.

• Stay up-to-date with current YouTube trends, challenges, and best practices.

• Respond to comments and engage with the community to grow the channel.

Requirements:

• Active YouTube channel with a minimum of 10,000 subscribers.

• Proven experience in video creation, editing, and publishing.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO, and content strategy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
