1. Create Instagram Reels
Edit property videos, talking head videos, walkthroughs and short form real estate content with strong hooks, captions, music and transitions.
2. Design Social Media Creatives
Create premium Instagram carousels, posts, stories, property creatives, infographics and promotional graphics.
3. Manage Daily Posting
Take ownership of publishing content regularly across Instagram, including Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels.
4. Create Content From Raw Footage
Turn photos, videos and property information into polished, engaging social media content.
5. Stay Ahead of Trends
Identify trending Reels formats, audio, editing styles, hooks and content ideas relevant to real estate.
6. Maintain Fynest’s Brand Look
Ensure every creative follows our visual identity, typography, colours and premium positioning.
7. Handle Instagram Engagement
Monitor comments and basic DMs, respond appropriately and ensure the page remains active and engaging.
8. Create Content Ideas
Suggest new Reel concepts, property stories, educational content, market updates and creative campaigns.
9. Use Modern Creative Tools
Strong knowledge of CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred. Photoshop, After Effects, AI video tools and Instagram Edits are an advantage.
10. Own the Creative Process
From idea → editing → captions → audio → final creative → posting, you should be comfortable managing the complete social content workflow.
