We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, and visually appealing content. The role will involve editing podcasts, award shows, events, social media content, promotional videos, and other digital content while maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit podcast episodes, interviews, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
2. Edit and create engaging content for award shows, corporate events, and special occasions.
3. Handle end-to-end video editing from raw footage to final output.
4. Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
5. Add appropriate transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
6. Maintain consistent branding, video quality, and storytelling across different projects.
7. Select the best shots, arrange sequences, and ensure smooth pacing and continuity.
8. Perform audio cleaning, colour correction, basic colour grading, and video enhancement.
9. Coordinate with the content, social media, and creative teams to understand project requirements.
10. Deliver videos within defined timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
11. Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, transitions, and social-media formats.
