Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails (Photoshop/Canva).

Responsibility
Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos (vlogs, explainers, reels, shorts)
Create high-performing thumbnails aligned with YouTube best practices
Maintain consistency in brand look, tone, and storytelling style.
Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, watch time, retention, subscriber growth, traffic sources, and RPM (if monetized)
Monitor channel performance using YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
