Job Role

• Conduct field visits and marketing activities to promote insurance opportunities.

• Support recruitment of agents through outreach, campaigns, and referrals.

• Meet prospective agents and explain company support and benefits.

• Assist agents with application forms, onboarding, and training coordination.

• Maintain daily activity reports and update the management team.

• Build strong field relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups.
