Job Description: Video Editor & Cinematographer

Web Growth Solutions, a leading manpower consultancy in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking talented Video Editors & Cinematographers for immediate onsite opportunities. We're looking for versatile professionals with dual expertise in post-production editing and hands-on cinematography.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality video edits using industry-standard software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve for professional color grading.

Execute cinematography tasks such as gimbal-based shooting, green screen compositing, and complete production workflows.

Integrate AI-powered tools to streamline editing processes and enhance creative output.

Manage end-to-end video production—from concept and shoot to final delivery—ensuring client specifications are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve (specializing in color grading), and AI editing applications.

Demonstrated expertise in cinematography, including gimbal operation, lighting setups, and green screen keying techniques.

Comprehensive knowledge of professional video production pipelines, workflows, and current industry trends.

Proven portfolio with samples showcasing integrated editing and cinematography projects (Reels/YouTube links preferred).

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in video production or media agencies.

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience and portfolio quality).

Location

Jaipur, Rajasthan (full-time onsite role).
