Job Summary

Umanist Business Consulting OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about video editing, social media content, travel storytelling, and event highlights.

The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging videos and reels for travel, events, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for events, travel content, and social media

• Create short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

• Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements

• Organize and manage video files and editing assets

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned editing projects

• Maintain consistency in branding, style, and visual quality

Required Skills

• Basic hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Filmora, VN Editor, or similar software

• Ability to edit reels, short videos, travel clips, and event highlight videos

• Understanding of video transitions, cuts, background music, subtitles, and basic effects

• Knowledge of social media content formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos

• Creativity and good visual storytelling skills

• Basic understanding of color correction and audio synchronization

• Ability to manage multiple editing tasks and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn new editing trends and creative styles

• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply

• Any graduate or diploma holder with interest in video editing and content creation

• Candidates with personal editing projects, internship experience, or portfolio work will be preferred

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic designing

• Understanding of YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels trends

• Interest in travel, events, lifestyle, and digital content creation
