Job Description

TRD GROUP is looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor Intern to join our growing real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos and social media content for luxury apartments, rental properties, investment projects, and company branding.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Create cinematic property videos with transitions, music, subtitles, and effects

Design basic graphics and thumbnails for social media

Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns

Add trending music, captions, and motion graphics to videos

Organize and manage video files efficiently

Deliver content on time while maintaining high quality

Requirements

Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Basic graphic design skills are a plus

Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Passion for content creation and storytelling

Preferred Skills

Experience editing real estate videos

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation

Familiarity with Canva and AI tools for content creation

Understanding of color grading and cinematic editing
