About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in editing short-form advertisements, branded content, digital films, and social media videos.

This role also involves leading and mentoring junior video editors, maintaining high creative standards, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing UGC ads, Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand films, commercials, and digital films.

• Perform professional colour correction, colour grading, sound balancing, and final post-production.

• Lead and mentor a team of Junior Video Editors.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Project Managers to deliver high-quality content.

• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining exceptional editing quality.

• Organize project files and follow efficient post-production workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong colour grading skills using DaVinci Resolve.

• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience retention.

• Experience editing advertisements, branded content, digital films, and short-form social media content.

• Leadership or team management experience is preferred.

• Strong communication, ownership, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work From Home
