We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-impact content. You’ll work closely with the content, social media, and performance teams to create reels, ads, and brand videos that actually convert—not just look good.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
Edit long-form videos (YouTube, brand films, interviews if needed)
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects & music
Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling flow
Collaborate with designers & content strategists
Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, durations)
Deliver edits within timelines and handle revisions smoothly
Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks & social-media trends
Experience with reels, ads, and viral content formats
Basic knowledge of motion graphics & typography (bonus)
Good sense of music, sound design & transitions
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast
Experience working with digital marketing agencies
Knowledge of ad creatives & performance-based editing
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
