We’re looking for a versatile Video Content Creator who can handle end-to-end video production, from shooting to editing.
This role involves creating short-form and long-form video content across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work on diverse projects including personal brands, business content, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content
Create both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, etc.)
Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio
Edit videos with engaging storytelling, transitions, subtitles, and pacing
Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and execution
Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedules
Stay updated with video trends, formats, and audience behavior
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in video shooting and editing
Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects (basic)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content flow
Hands-on experience with camera handling, lighting, and audio setup
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form content (mandatory)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working with brands, agencies, or content creators
Basic knowledge of content strategy and platform-specific formats
Motion graphics / animation skills
Understanding of hooks, retention, and audience psychology
