We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to become a vital part of our vibrant team. Roles And Responsibilities-
Strategic Design Leadership
Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design strategies that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
Provide thought leadership in design, staying ahead of trends and industry developments to ensure designs are cutting-edge and impactful.
Creative Direction
Lead the creative direction for projects, guiding the design team in translating client briefs into visually compelling solutions.
Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new design concepts.
Brand Stewardship
Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' brand guidelines and values.
Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for design choices that uphold and enhance the client's brand identity.
Collaborative Engagement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to integrate design seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns.
Facilitate productive brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering an environment of collaboration and idea-sharing.
Mentorship and Development
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their growth and development through constructive feedback and support.
Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement within the design team, organizing workshops and training sessions to expand knowledge and expertise.
Quality Assurance
Uphold high standards of design excellence and quality assurance, conducting thorough reviews to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
Conduct regular audits of design assets to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for design-related matters.
Actively seek feedback from clients, incorporating their input into design revisions and iterations to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Champion innovation within the design team, exploring new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:
Any Graduate degree/diploma or any relevant certification.
3-4 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape and Graphic Design.
Proven experience in social media reels & social media graphics.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, remaining adaptable, organized, and focused under pressure.
Passion for design and creativity, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new ideas to elevate our brand and design standards.
