Video Editor

SH JMD Group is a leading real estate company specializing in premium builder floors and residential projects. We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual content that showcases our projects, brand, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for real estate projects, model apartments, site updates, and corporate events.

• Capture cinematic property walkthroughs, drone footage (if certified), interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

• Perform color correction, color grading, sound mixing, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics.

• Create high-performing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.

• Ensure all videos are delivered on time while maintaining high production quality.

• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and real estate content styles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

• Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and other professional filming equipment.

• Drone operation experience and certification (preferred).

• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or luxury lifestyle content will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography and photo editing.

• Motion graphics and animation.

• Knowledge of social media content strategies and current trends.
