🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Edit talking-head educational videos (finance niche)
Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, and background music
Improve retention with engaging cuts and pacing
Create basic thumbnails
Deliver high-quality edits within deadlines

🔹 Requirements:

Proficiency in Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut / VN
Experience editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
Understanding of social media trends and retention editing
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Marathi language understanding is a plus
